trouble creating listings

Hi we need some more info, like PC/Mac, browser IE, Firefox ..., operating system XP/Win 98 .., broadband/dial up so someone with appropriate experience can answer you.

I have a PC, Windows XP, Internet Explorer 7.0, high speed internet through Cable One. (is that Broadband?),PC Tools Anti-virus. What else do you need?

Hi not sure about Cable One, a few thoughts I can offer are as follows.

When response is sluggish what happens if you try and connect to another site such as eBay is that slow too, as it could literally be heavy traffic through your ISP.

Also slow PC's i.e. less than 1GHz processor speed can be slow to interact with a site such as eBay or Auctiva where a lot of info is passed to and fro.

Background updates from Microsoft and anti-virus tools can also hammer a slowish PC.

The fact that all the editing via Auctiva's free tools is internet based rather than PC based like eBay's Turbolister makes editing prone to internet delays.

Someone else may be able to offer other possibilities.
