Trouble filing a support request

Can anybody help.. I have tried to file a support request but everytime I do it comes up with: Server Error in '/' Application. Run time Error. I have no idea what this means and don't know how to fix the problem. Not very computer literate. My slide show is only showing up one photo and the others say Image Loading but they never do, I don't know why and can't seem to be able to contact anyone to ask why... Anybody help?

Hmm, someone else was reporting the same problem.

I'm not sure if there is anything you can do about it.

Thanks Rick, but I actually managed to get through to Auctiva this afternoon so am awaiting a reply.. Their site was having maintenance this afternoon when I logged on and it had a link to their support page which I clicked and it went through...So I have told them the problem about my photo's not showing up in my Auctiva Store so hopefully someone will get back to me and let me know... Thanks heaps for your help, really appreciated..
