Trouble with Auctiva

I have been using Auctiva for about 1 year and I have never had this problem with listings being stuck. I have had a few other issues and I find the site very slow and sometimes very frustrating. The live Chat is near to impossible. I stick with it with hopes that they will improve as I like it and wouldn't even mind if I had to pay a bit but will not even consider paying for something that has this much trouble and takes so long to resolve.
Even though I am not new it is very frustrating to me, as work is work and none of us want to loose the hard work that we have don. I think I am going to try and find an alternative site, there must be one! Does anyone know of any?

Hiya, I can understand the frustration you are feeling. I, too, am unable to post and have been having this trouble since yesterday. I personally don't know of any other sites that offer this service, although I'm sure some exist.
I don't think that we'll be charged by ebay for listings that failed to post. If they don't post, how can we be charged? I actually reposted a couple yesterday and this morning, but they failed. Time will tell. I hope that the issue gets resolved today. I will be sticking with Auctiva though, because to me, the benefits far outweigh the negatives.

I just received a reply from Auctiva and they said that the maitenance should be finished soon and hopefuly we will be able to get in and see whats going on.

We have tried a number of different listers, some paid some not, Auctiva is by far the most comprehensive and easy to use. I'm frustrated with not being able to log in right now but I was far more frustrated with the other services I tried.

Thanks for the update, I've not received that one, yet. YAY. I am pretty hopeful

well it was up and fixed but for only a split second! I was able to cancel my 4 listings, finally and I hit the button to list them again .....1 went on and the others are stuc agian!!!!!
