trying to do first listing

Click on one of the places where the thumbnail is supposed to be, and a box will pop up so that you can select which pictures you want to use.

kbalona, Thank you for the info. Can you tell me where I shold have looked to get the info myself. After I clicked on the select image space and uploaded the pic, I did not see a prompt to click it again to be able to choose from my various pics. thanks again

I think the mistake you are making is in uploading images one at a time. By far the best way is to go to images, upload, and use the drag & drop uploader. Have your image file open, then click on restore in auctiva (the button next to the x at the top of your screen).

All you have to do is point to an image, hold down the left mouse button, drag the picture into the uplod space, then release.

You can upload up to 100 images at a time, but to make your life easier later on, it's worth setting up some folders first.

I sell a lot of Greetings Cards, so I have folders called Mother's Day, Birthday, Valentine's Day, etc.

Once you've selected the images you want to upload, select a folder, and click on Upload.

A message to Jo Gaston-Parry, Since I do not see a way to send you a message directly, I send this via this posting. THANK YOU for your pic upload suggestion. It is much easier that way. I know i do not view all the ins and outs of how to do things on any-given web site, but I never saw any mention of this method and it is an important one for ease of uploading. Thankyou again.
