Finally gave in and signed up for Auctiva, so I can pay for this terrible service.

Located some relist that I wanted to get on Ebay, told me that they were being listed, but after 2 hours, they aren't there.

Auctiva doesn't show them as active, just shows they were modified today.

What gives? If this is how it is going to be, guess I will quit the site all together.

I've been sending REPEATED inquiries regarding this issue to Auctiva, trying to find out if this problem will be taken care of BEFORE I start giving them money, and they have refused to answer. A failed business model, a site that doesn't do what they promise it will do, and customer service that will not respond to DOZENS of inquiries. It's official. They've become the status quo of Big Business in the United States.
Hmmm, find you message interesting. Should really think this over more.

When this first started, was suppose to have one month until it took effect, instantly all of my images were gone, along with the saved auctions.

At least I thought they were gone, didn't realize that I had to do a search in order to locate them.

From what I have been reading with other topics there is a list of ongoing issues.

Feel like I got shook down with Auctiva...heck who knows maybe this whole situation with being hacked, messed up proposed pricing, and then all of the sudden...a package deal!

Also, received an invoice for some insurance trial that I never signed up for.

Maybe this is a sign about how this site is going to operate?

Logged into your account. Clicked the Red section for "Notifications" at the very top of the page. It's to the right of your userid once you log in.

You had 11 notifications. It was a fairly clear error message:

"API Error

The Domestic Handling Time must be specified in the Shipping Options section for the listing and shipping options you have selected."

This is a field eBay began requiring on June 15th. You need to edit your saved listings and fill it in and then reschedule the listing.

Where are you sending them?

Do you mean you're filing support cases? Can you give me the support case #'s? I searched by your eBay userid and email address with us and I see no support cases on file for you in the past 6 months. Our only official form of support is via a support case. Every support case needs a #. If you aren't filing a support case through our support page and getting a case # then you wont be getting a reply.

However you can get there by clicking the "Help" link at the top of every page on Auctiva.com Then looking in the column on the right. There you will see 2 links: "File a Support Request
