I have a support case number of 264221. I need to provide more information because the suggestion is not working. When I use the web form it crashes out with a runtime error. I'm using Firefox 2.0 I need to get this resolved so I can start listing holiday gifts

[----Error message below-----------]

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Hi hand-up-not-out,

Your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account with username "elcnj" so he easiest solution to this problem is to continue using this Auctiva account and to cancel your duplicate Auctiva account with username "auctivia".

If, for any reason, you would prefer to use your "auctivia" Auctiva account, please let me know and I will transfer your eBay token to that account.

-Mike
Mike, I'm logging in here as auctiva-elcnj when I log in I get the screen that asks if I want to proceed without a token.

I then click on the Generate and Ebay Token and am briught to E-bays sign in screen. I sign in there as the elcnj account and choose agree and continue

That brings me back to your site and under Events it says Invalid eBay token.

I had canceled the token on E-bays side before doing this.

Any suggestions as to what is wrong?

Hi elcnj,

I have deleted the eBay token associated with your existing "elcnj" Auctiva account, and then cancelled that Auctiva account. If you would like to use Auctiva with your "elcnj" eBay account, you should now be able to open a new Auctiva account for that purpose.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

-Mike
