Unable to enter multiple shipping or dimensions for a box

Is there a way to offer multiple shipping? If I tick calculated and offer an additional flat rate, the shipping shows calculated for all in the preview. Same for flat rate. All comes up flat.

In addition, I cannot seem to enter anything into the dimension fields. I use Firefox v. 3.0.1 with all java script allowed and all permissions given for Auctiva.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!
Since eBay doesn't support having calculated and flat-rate shipping options for domestic shipping, we can't offer that either. You can have calculated shipping for US shipments, and offer flat-rate for International (or vice-versa), but ebay won't let you have both calculated and flat-rate for US shipments.

After you select a shipping service, you will then be able to enter the dimensions of the package (if needed.)
If you still are not able to enter dimensions on your calculated shipping method, please file a support ticket so that we can look into the issue further.

Thank you so much for a quick response and for clearing up the matter.

Yes, I can enter dimensions when I select the appropriate shipping; i.e. express, priority, 1st class, etc. It wouldn't take dimensions on parcel post and rightly so. Case where the loosest nut was the one behind the wheel
