Unable to get Select Template tab to load

Been using the program for two years without incident. Loaded on ebay yesterday without a problem, today not able to get Select Template tab on a listing to load. When I open it just runs with the dots forever. Restarted, rebooted, cleared everything, still no resolution. Tried using an old listing and modifying it, which seemed to work but it just got "saved" and not uploaded to ebay.

Hello snesbit -

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you've run into with the template selector. We've received a few similar reports and are looking into the cause. However, there is also a different issue occurring at this time relating to posting listings, which our engineers are currently working to resolve. (Please see this thread on the forum for updates regarding that issue).

I will update this thread as soon as there is more information available regarding issues with the template selector. Apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
