I have made revisions to two imported auctions. How do I make this information update in Auctiva? Auctiva is still showing the old original information (one was a price, the other a title).
Our listing maintenance, which updates title, current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time on your active listings page is done about every 6 hours.
Once your updated prices are reflected on your active listings page, they should be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
Thanks Mike. Actually, the listing that I revised the title for did actually update later on, as you said. However, the listing that I revised for a lower starting bid amount has never updated in the Auctiva store, even though the price is showing correctly in eBay. Could it be because I lowered the amount? Perhaps the code is written to only reflect higher amount changes??
That is actually correct...unfortunately, when an eBay seller edits a store item to lower the price, eBay does not create a "Seller Event", so we cannot retrieve that information.

Thanks Mike. The affected auction is just about over, and I'm hoping that the bid amounts will go up on their own before it ends, so I'm just going to leave it. Thanks again for the info though. I'll know better next time.
