Upload pictures, i have read the rest but cant find this one-HELP

Hi Its obviously something i am doing!!
well i think so?

When i go to upload pictures, i click browse & select the picture, it then loads to the auction page automatically, wihtout me touching done
I then click to save before posting, nothing happens, it wont load

I have to sign off. sign back on, click on the picture symbol to upload ,it takes me to load from select, as in numbers as you click the photo as in 1 2 3 etc, i press done

No problems , it uploads fine
Why cant i simply do this first time round

I hope i have made myself clear, not good at that some times

I am on the way out, but i would be much obliged if someone can help, otherwise, its the long way round each time
I clean my cache etc all the time, so it ain't that

I've found it best to do your uploading before starting a new listing. Then when you start the listing, you can pick 1, 2, 3, etc. I sometimes upload for numerous auctions at the same time. Then as I do my listings they are available to pick from.

I think its some kind of bug with Auctiva but this way works best for me.

Many thanks for your reply, it is much appreciated

You may be right, what i do is use an auction page i have already made up,instead of starting a new one,i just delete & start a new description on that page plus photos the pictures before i add new ones with the new description
I am sure its something i am doing as it worked ok for a start

So that may well be away ahead, i will give it try tomorrow when i can think clearly,& hopefully the sun is shining, fat chance!!

Hi Ron. You can still use the page you already made up but don't open it until after you have just simply uploaded pictures to Auctiva. Then when you start your listing page, the pictures will work better.

As far as the listing page you have already made, the profiles option can save you a lot of time by saving options and details that are common to all your listings and leaving blank the things you would be deleting.
