Hi
I have only just joined Auctiva and cannot find help in the help section for the problem I have. Both me and the misses have ebay accounts and now Auctiva accounts on the same PC but when we submit any listing from either auctiva account they are listed on the last account that was created (if that makes sense). Is it possible to sellect the user/seller on the listing or is it something to do with the creation of the token.
Any help much appreciated.

Hi I am a multiple user myself. I have a work Ebay account and a personal account. I sell high dollar stuff on my work account and smaller stuff on my personal. Are you signing out of Auctiva and signing in under the other account to list your items? I know it sounds like a really simple thing and you probably do this but it is all i can think of. If you cannot find a solution i would file a support request http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
You may not get a answer until Monday however.
