How do I add custom variations?
When listing directly on eBay we use a custom variation title and selects (drop down menu selections), is this available on Auctiva?

If you are listing in a category where eBay support variation listings and set the Sale Type for your listing to Fixed Price, the option to add variations will be available on the lister page just beneath the area for the Item Condition Note. There is a link: "Add/Edit Variations" that will bring up the variation generator for you to create your variants.

Thanks Craig,
The variations available are not sufficient for describing our product (category 41511).
We need to use a custom variation - one that is not present in the predefined list of variations.
This is easy when listing on eBay directly, not sure how to do it on Auctiva.

The variation generator contains the option to customize your variants. Once you open the variation window from the Add/Edit variations link on the lister page, there is a button in the upper right "Variation Generator" which you can use to create your own variations.
Should you encounter difficulty with this, please feel free to file a support case letting us know where you have encountered difficulty and we be happy to assist you further.
