After using the site for some time now, and really enjoying it, I have an idea I'd like to mention that may give some food for thought to the "powers that be" at Auctiva.
1. On your main page, where you have your "alert" now- why not permanently put up a "system status" icon or banner? If and when anything at all is going wrong with the system- a user could just quickly glance at that box and tell before they begin work on a new listing, or set of new listings, if there is going to be any trouble that the administrators may already be aware of. Maybe put a clickable link in that status box to a page where whatever's wrong could be explained, or details given about when to expect a fix. And if everything is running smoothly, the system status icon or message box could be green and have something that reads basically to the effect of "everything is good" go for it type thing.
Just wantd to say again how much I enjoy the site, and you are a Godsend for those of use who don't want to, or CANT afford to pay Ebay's high fees for additional listing features. Thank you, I hope your move goes well, and I hope you will be here for a LONG time to come. Good luck!!!!!!
