What is going on today? Anyone else having issues?

Did you submit a request for support? I am just now trying to get started for the day and when I went to listings tab I got all this wierd writing-
So wierd- I will update once I get started here if I have any issues.
But the issue with the best offer has been happening for a while. I have submitted a request but more requests on the same issue are good things-

I too am having a problem - tried to schedule 2 saved listings - got response that it was not validated and I had to edit. Tried going through both - now it is saying that "a valid insurance fee must be specified when flat rate insurance is offered" - I am not offering insurance of any kind...HELP! Thank you.

Yes, I have had issues as well. Again- when you have issues make sure you submit a request. That is what I have been instructed to do by the Auctiva Service Reps. I am not sure how often the Customer Service gets to the boards-

Thanks for letting us know about this. I'm not aware of any technical problems on our end that would account for the behavior everyone but the original poster has described on this thread, so I suspect we'll be able to help all of you through a little troubleshooting.

I "think" the problem being described by the original poster with respect to the item specifics and "best offer" option may be due to a bug in our system that is expected to be resolved with our upcoming site update that will take place around 2/18/09. However, I would need to take a look at the listings that exhibit that problem to verify that.

If any of you are still having trouble getting your listings posted, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

No, it doesn't mean you cannot have a listing with best offer. It just means that if the option doesn't show up as an option you can save the listing and go back into again. I've had to do that up to three times. Sometimes if you refresh it will show up too.

Yes, I have also seen that I simply save the item and keep going in until it is available. Or if I am in a real hurry just edit it on eBay.

Great tip on the refresh- I will try that.
