I haven't used Auctiva listing in a week or so.. NOTHING has changed on my PC hardware, or software-wise.. and all of my regular adware/virusscans are normal(for those in support who think these reports are this kind of an issue). No.. I don't use any "toolbars" in my browser either.
YET..
Tonight when I logged in to do more listing.. the first thing I did was to pick one of my older listings from my listing tab (drop-down.. not "saved") to use as a template. as soon as I did.. I saw something I have NEVER seen before.. a REAL Windows (internal)dialog box exclaiming something to the effect of "due to eBay's listing policies" my gallery AND header images must match. Okay.. i never knew that and there was an "OK" acknowledgement button.. but hitting it did nothing and wouldn't let me back into my Auctiva pages.
TaskManagered out and reboot..
Started a NEW listing this time.. NOW.. whenever I try to insert a pre-loaded photo using the pop-up chooser window.. it freezes up completely when I hit the "DONE" button, and I mean completely. Once again.. using taskmanager barely shuts everything down and saves me..
Not even a reboot or clearing my caches solves the problem. Listing is impossible.
I don't know what you guys did last week.. but whatever it was.. it seems to have done more harm than good.
