What is happening with the templates on my listings?

Can someone please tell me what is going on with these templates? They are all messed up from being missing in parts to duplicated in parts to the shipping & payments being in place above the item description. Here is a link to a listing

Thank you for any help you can toss my way. I can't afford to cancel listings and redo them all after having all the time involved, not to mention that what I am seeing here looks horrible and I cannot have my listings looking like this.

The right side has several rows of the template graphics and the ship area is above the description, and more....

Is this an Auctiva template or a custome template?

It looks like one of auctiva's and if you didn't modify it in any way then I suggest you submit a help ticket and they will be able to figure out why it posted like that

It's one of Auctiva's. I don't try to modify them, figure I'd mess them up even more. I'll submit something through the help feature then.

Hello Dizzydell13,

I went through your listing and looked at all the HTML. It appears that there are several extra tags in your "Shipping and Payment" details section that are causing this template to display improperly. I would advise going through that code and removing all the extra tags. You can check me by previewing that listing on the Auctiva site, with the shipping and payment details section included the template appears broken, when this are is turned off, the template looks as it is suppose to look.

As to the "Shipping and Payment" being placed above the details, I am not seeing that in fact I see the opposite. Hope that this has been useful.
