I can't list anything! I just got a bunch of new stuff, and can't list any of it.
First, I keep getting a message that I have a deleted image in my description. I have no idea about that, since I haven't deleted any images.
Then, it says it has saved my listing anyway, and I do error check, and it says pass, but when I try to list, I get an error, saying the shipping cost for extra items is not filled out, even though I have entered 0, 0.00, and whatever else I can think of. Apparently, it is not saving this, even though the error check before saving says all is ok.
I even went and changed all the image URLs to the new ones that Auctiva decided to change them to, and still get the deleted message error.

Looks like we're having some problems tonight. I've tried on 4 separate occasions to list one item .. I get all the way through it and then can't schedule it. Then my item description disappeared and there doesn't seem to be any way to get it back.. Looks like they're still working on all of these malfunctions .. man, if ain't broke don't fix it is my motto.. I appreciate the free service but it sure is inconvenient when this site develops problems .
Guess i'll call it a night and try try try again tomorrow..
Hey guys! I just wanted to let you know that I contacted Auctiva support last night and they said that they knew of the problems are were supposed to fix them this morning. Again, 10:00 their time. If it's like yesterday, 10:00 means never. I'm with you guys, why did they mess up something that was already functioning properly. It seems like they do this about once a month. I don't understand why they just don't leave it alone. I mean, I appreciate Auctiva being free, but there are a lot of things that are free that work a lot better than this.
I too am disgusted with Auctiva. Last night I went around in circles for hours trying to list. Even got off Firefox and went to IE. Still none of my listings appeared in Ebay today from LAST NIGHT! I am pissed that I have to spend all this time trying to figure out what is wrong when it is Auctiva that messed everything up! I will spend my time today, more effectively, looking for another site to post onto Ebay. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Why don't they just leave things alone unless they (Auctiva) know what they are doing and obviously they don't! How unprofessional can Auctiva be in disrupting so many people from listing and doing their business. I sure am glad I thought twice before upgrading and paying money because this showed me what I would be in for...just a big mess and headache.
I use the edit feature in images very rarely...but yesterday tried to simply rotate a picture 90 degrees and get an error message. Add this to the list of "improvements" associated with the latest upgrade. This may have already been mentioned but I'm spending 3-5X more time and effort listing items to I don't have a chance to read many postings!!
i have been trying to list an item for 24 hours without any luck - did a heap of listings last night and then all of sudden nothing would work. Buttons on the bottom wont work - the only thing it will allow me to do is Save As New - what a waste of time - thought these issues were solved - obviously not - anybody know how much longer these problems will last?
I wish I had stuck with the competitor I had chosen!!! I had NO problems with them! I can upload my pics to Auctiva but NOT to my listings. If my fee is going to cover THEIR salaries they had BETTER make sure I can make money, too!!!!! Very VERY angry. So many wasted hours and I don't get paid to waste MY time! I am going to start listing directly to eBay or move back to the competitor - this is NUTS!

Maybe you should stop purging the details people are sending you via email in your "help" section, ignoring questions about whether or not you will fix ongoing problems before we make a decision to stay with your company, and help us. Otherwise, once we start paying for this service, the only details you'll need to worry about are the mitigation of damages for lost revenue complaints. Your business model failed, and now, in the midst of unanswered inquiries, your customers are now being forced to give money to a company that ignores them, or leave.
