Huh? If you have no bidding then why do you need to send the item anyway?
The way I see it, if you start an auction at a low price, you have to be willing to take that price for it because it's bound to happen. It's happened to me several times on .99 cent auctions...

That's what I didn't get either. If they're ending with no bids, what's the problem? Relist the items again. If they're ending with low bids, you'll have to bend over and take it and next time, start your auctions with the amount that you need to get for it and don't depend on anyone to bid it up.

Part of the joy of buying on eBay is being able to get a bargain - so if I (as a seller) have auctions that end lower than I would like to get - I just take it on the chin as sometimes things go for way more than I could have hoped for too.

I think jools is saying that Auctiva wasn't at top performance so the auctions didn't end as high as expected.

jools, you do whatever you want to do. Myself, it wouldn't be worth the neg. And savvy buyers will know how you handled this scenario when they go to check out your feedback. That's when they'll hit the back button.

Believe me, though, I know lower-than-expected final values can sting quite a bit.
