BT,

If you're signed into your Auctiva. At the top of the page on the right hand corner..there is a white box which states events.

Click events. This will bring you to the page which has your closed items.

Hope this helps!
Donna

I clicked on events (never thought of it as an event, lol)

I get

Account - with 6 things in it that say Success

No Listing Events To Display

No Transaction Events To Display

No Image Events To Display

Scheduled Listings - shows todays scheduled item all success

I see nothing that says RELIST or Illegible for relist or UNSOLD items
Btps, You need to go to listings and then choose closed for selections just under the title bar. I will bring up the closed listings. What I have been doing is to reimport by checking the box. I have only been doing one at at time since I was feeling my way. That will put your listing back into saved listings and you can go there, select it, edit it and repost it. Of course if you have already created you listing in Auctiva, you can always just relist it on EBay. Still kind of confusing to me, but they tell me that relisting will be addressed in the next release and this is working for me so far. Good luck and let me know if this works for you.

OK --- put how do you know what are sold, and which QUALIFY for relisting and getting a credit if sold on that relist?

NO that won't qualify for credit if relisted from a saved ad. The relist has to be connected to the orginal listing ebay item number.

Hello, That is correct..Auctiva does not offer at this time a RELIST option, that will give you the ebay credit if it sells, you will have to relist though ebay for your credit. Auctiva staff is well aware of the fact, that we are asking for the relist feature that will offer the ebay credit. Sorry, we know it's a pain, but they are working on it. Smile

OUCH!!!
Thanks Princess of California, Btps, I did not mean to mislead you. It is just a workaround that I have found. I know what I have sold, because my site is small, I handle it myself and have mostly one of a kind items. I can see it would be much more complex under different circumstances. I will be looking forward to the upgrade because, I too consider it a vital part of the program. Good luck til then
