I have been trying to list my Ebay all day and I can't get the images to load or the templates. I'm getting impatient with all these listing problems lately.

I was having trouble with templates and images last week and Auctiva said they made some changes to the site and reverted back to their old program. I suggest if you are using Firefox (Mozilla) go to tools> options> Privacy> Settings> un-check everything except Cache click OK then press clear now. I hope this helps.
On another issue Auctiva's shipping area is not in sync with eBay's recent changes.
I have been having an issue with the shipping section for items over 150 pounds (truck LTL freight items). I have to select local pickup only then go to eBay and edit the listings for shipping.

I have had the same problem so i changed my image format from png to jpeg and they uploaded ok
I had the same trouble today! I had it last week too. So, today I switched over to my own image hosting service and the images finally loaded. Is that the way it's going to be at Auctiva now? I hope not. I hope they can get everything fixed like the way it was before?? Can someone let us know? Thanks! --Freebee xx
Same problem. Images are not loading and I'm tired of the failed message. Converted to another image service...Too Bad, really liked using auctiva! If you ever come across a resolution, let us know!
