why did it post twice

Ok, this has happened to me more than once. I have posted my auction through auctiva. And for some reason it posted twice. One of the auctions listed about 2 hrs after the first post. Can someone tell me why that has happened. I've had to cancel auctions that were duplicated, so naturally I lost some money there. One of the auctions were ok that it listed twice because I had plenty of the items for sale. But the other was not ok.

Hmmm don't know...The only time I had an auction post twice was when I revised it in Auctiva and I clicked 'save as new' instead of just 'save'. But they both posted immediately after I clicked on 'post'. Maybe you should file a support request.

And BTW, if you get an Ebay person in a good mood sometimes they'll refund your listing fees for the duplicate if you ask them
