Why won't listings save or schedule or post?

I am having alot of trouble listing items.
Joined last Sunday (what a disaster) then tried listing this week one night and auctiva down for hours.
Is it happening again today?
I create listings and when I go to post, schedule or save after finishing, it is as if computer freezes up and nothing happens and I have to start all over again, losing all the work. This is taking forever to redo each listing 2 and sometimes 3 times.
It is not my computer. It is fast, I have high-speed and all other sites are fine, just auctiva.

Sorry to hear this is happening to you...Auctiva WAS having issues but all seems fine now. Have you tried a different browser? That usually works for me when I get hung up (which isn't often). If that doesn't work I would suggest file a support request using the help button at the top of the page, you'll see the support link when you scroll down a little to the right. Good luck

Oh, and don't forget the usual, clear your cookies & cache.

It seems as if Auctiva has been haveing lots of problems and if you check News" at the top of the Community Boards, they say all is well but it clearly isn't and I can't get anyone to clarify. They (auctiva) apparently don't read the boards themselves???

I know this is rediculous. After all the work creating listing, you just lose it. I have been listing on ebay on and off for hours, but every time I come back here it is the same thing.

Try to save, post or schedule and it freezes up and shuts down my whole internet connection. I have turned my computer on and off so many times today and last night it isn't funny.

How to get someone who knows something to help with this?

I am having the same problem on my computer since last Thursday. After I load the pictures I cannot pull up the templates, save, or preview as it locks up. Then, I have to get out of IE and come back only to have the same problem.
