Hello,

Even though I didn't use Auctiva's listing engine, I was wondering if the Auctiva Scrolling Window will grab new listings I posted manaully thru eBay's listing engine yestreday (about 7pm)?

I understand it takes about 4 to 6 hours for the scrolling window to update but I was concerned that the manually entered listing are not even showing up here:

under "Auctiva Active Listings".

Of course, the listing are showing up on eBay's listing and in the "View seller's other items" ebay link. I've added the Scroll Window's html into the listing and the window is working. But the scroll window does not scroll show the newly listed items.

I do understand that there is not a button to click for "importing" into the Scrolling Window.

Hi AO,

Yes, listings posted directly through eBay will be imported into Auctiva and displayed in the store window. It typically takes 4-6 hours for listings posted in this manner to be imported and show up in the active listings section of your auctiva page.

At this time, it appears you have 7 active listings on eBay that are yet to be imported into Auctiva.

We have just placed your scrolling store window on the update list. If you maintain at least one running auction at all times, your store window will update on a daily basis. If there has been any delay recently in updating your showcase, we apologize. The rest of your eBay listings should be imported to Auctiva soon and once they're imported, they'll be displayed on your Auctiva store window the next time it refreshes. The store window refreshes about every 2 hours.

Thank for adding our items in the the update list. That appears to have done the trick.

DO you think there is something I've done during my listing process thru eBay's listing engine to have cause these items NOT being added to Auctiva's Scrolling Window update?

If so, is there anything I can do manually to fix that problem. Or would it be Ok if I e-mail Auctiva Support and ask that our acct to be added to the daily update list when this type of delay was to occur?
