No, that's typically an immediate update.

This is beginning to sound like there's a problem with Token on the Auctiva side. Is that what you both (roselani and icantkeepitall) are experiencing and seeing that error message?

If so, I'd enter a Support Case (see HELP link at top of page).

Hi icantkeepitall,

When you generate a token for your Auctiva account, the token should become valid immediately after you have been transferred to eBay and entered your log-in information into their token generation page. If your token generation attempts have been unsuccessful, it is most likely that your eBay account is already linked to an existing Auctiva account.
