If you are posting to the eBay Australia site and using the "Identify city and state by zip code (entered above)" option, the "Zip Code" field actually should accept your Australian postal code, although you will have to enter it using the proper formatting. However, if you are posting on a non Australian eBay site, the system will not accept your postal code so you would then need to use the "I will enter the location" option instead.

Thank you. I am pretty sure it is the Australian site because that is all I use and it has my listings from there. Therefore I will contact customer support. I couldn't find any mention of a contact point so thanks again.

Hi Ann,

You select the "eBay Site" at the top of the one page lister. Selecting Australia will setup the page to work correctly for you. In fact, it should show "Australia" for Country under where you fill-in the postal code.

I know Australia has 4 digit postal codes (no spaces or dashes between digits), so I did a quick check for a Syndey code and it worked (passed the ERROR CHECK).

Hope that advise helps. If not, Mike was suggesting entry of a Support Case at the the Help link. Look lower right on that page for "File a Support Request", which is the standard method to communicate a problem with services.
