Adding image after posting

I love this feature. It usually occurs within 30 mins.

Oddly, I did it late last night and it still has yet to show up. Is this feature bugged or something? Do I need to do each listing at a time? Thanks.

Um, unless I'm sadly mistaken you can't revise listings currently running on eBay through Auctiva. At least not in such an easy manner.

I think people usually do the revision (I haven't done it) and then hit the "Get HTML" button, then go and revise the description at eBay. I think that's right anyway.

It worked by going to Active Listing and clicking the add picture. It showed up in the bottom of the auction

To add it to your template though, you need to edit it in saved listings and then get the html and go to ebay and revise it there by pasting the new html code into the description box.

Yeah I figured that out later but I have to disengage my pop-ups to get my html box

But I'm not sure I understand why it works. We can't revise an active listing's description, right? But we can append a photo?

If you want to add a picture after you already posted it on ebay just go to the Active Listings and click the button in front of that auction and then click Add Image.

It is like you added more to your description after you have a bid and ebay puts it at the bottom of the auction

Yeah, I get that part. I my question is if we can do that, why can't we edit other parts of an active description in Auctiva?

Maybe it's just because Auctiva has no way of knowing if bids are in or not.

Anyhow, it's great to know that we can add images like that.

You're right...the "Add Images" button works to append the images to the listing.

Editing the listing within the template is a completely different operation but it can be done via the following process:
1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes, and save.
2)Check the box next to your updated listing in your Saved Listings folder and click the “Get html” button.
3) Copy the html in the popup box.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Click "Edit Description" then click the "Enter your own html" tab.
6) Paste the copied html in place of what's there and save your changes.
