Am i the only experiencing lag while attempting to create a listing?

Hi Mike_SP the site has been lagging for me also. Uploading picture is a hassle. Neither the Java uploader or the IE drag and drop are working for me. Only the tedious normal html uploader is working for me
As for managing Photos I personally put mine in folders so if I no longer need a particular set I can easily delete them. It also simplifies things when creating new listings. Really just a matter of personal preference I suppose.

NO - I've been experiencing an extremely slow site for the past few days. I can't even begin to tell you how much time I've wasted waiting for uploads. Hopefully, it's a temporary thing!

What size pics are you uploading? Anything larger than 1024x768 of course will be automatically reduced to that size and the upload will sometimes take forever. Uploading that size or smaller requires no extra processing and will upload MUCH faster (the difference on my computer is several minutes vs. a couple of seconds). I'm not saying this is necessarily your problem, but it's still good to keep in mind.
