Auction not listing - ongoing problem

Hi Laura,

I see that a listing of yours failed to post and the error message "Not Posted in Time" was returned.

This is a non-specific error message generated in respoonse to a communication error between Auctiva and eBay. You should be able to post this listing again without making any changes.

If you are still unsuccessful, you may want to try generating a new token at Auctiva -> MY Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings -> Get New Token. Once you have done that, you may have a better time posting your listings.

I am new to Auctiva - just signed up yesterday.

I cannot list my item at all.

When I hit post (save) the screen just refreshes and nothing gets listed.

Please let me know what needs to be done to fix this or if this is an ongoing problem.

This is also my first listing on a new Ebay account.

HI and Welcome to Auctiva HBK7676. Not sure if I can be of much help, but I'll try. First of all what browser are you using? And most importantly are you SURE your item didn't post to ebay? Have you gone to ebay to make sure?

Other questions I have are can you save the ad? if your sure it didn't post, then save it. Select the box next to the listing you want posted then hit post up top, does that work?

Yes I'm sure it did not post.

I have over 6 years experience selling on Ebay and with other auction services so I'm no newbie that way.

I am able to save the ad but it doesn't post.

I am using Inernet Explorer and have no problems listing from any other auction service or through Ebay.

Not sure what is causing this.

I am also reading alot of negative comments about this site that others are also unable to list at various times in the week and also that pictures do not load very well.

The site seems great and I wouldn't even mind paying if it worked.

Can anyone help??? The listings are beautiful here it would be a shame to not use them.

I recommend filing a support case about this issue using the appropraite link on our help page. This will allow our support staff to view your account and, hopefully, determine what's wrong.

I also have a same problem, when I click post the listing, it said it is posting but it isn't past several hr's

For those having trouble posting...have you checked your scheduled listings folder for the error?
