OK, so far I have loved Auctiva when I have been able to use it. It really is great for a free service, however, now the FREE service is causing me to loose money.
So if a pay service does not cause me to loose money - will I not come out even????
Seriously - There is a way around the problem that I've relied on in past auctions. If you are able to edit your Description section of your auction page on eBay, you can copy your image from your computer and paste it in the text area of your ad.It doesn't replace the gallery image - but at least you'll have something.

You're right ~ this is MOST discouraging. Everybody has problems, but when they affect many other people who depend on them, the courteous thing to do would be to provide a small, polite update?
Someone messed up the images. They were trying to add 2 more to speed things up but it ended up messing up all the rest of the ones that were working fine.
I've spent a lot of money on tons of new equipment. That isn't the issue, nor is bandwidth. We have an execution problem. I've been doing a lot of cleanup in that area as well recently. We've been adding employees, and adding more structure to make sure we become more reliable, all the time. Today was a breakdown in that. We'll fix that and we'll fix the other issues and I will make sure going forward that Auctiva becomes the most reliable site available.

Ok none of my images are showing!!!! Any idea on how long this is going to take? Am I better off ending all my listing that don't have bids and relisting using plain old ebay?????

BTW, still only have little red x's in over 800 listings!! Really not a good way to get sales.

How many of you filed a support case? While I am not thrilled about my missing photos, slow loading listing pages and other issues that continue to thwart my progress, Brandon responded to my support case immediately.
I know things don't work perfectly here, but please file support cases as well as posting here.

That was just this time. I have filed each time my store window loses pictures, which lately, has been 4 days out of the week. This is the first time I have lost all pics since the server fiasco. I was supposed to have been given priority status, yeah!?
I'm not trying to get on anybody for NOT filing a case. I just found that after mine was responded to, a post was also made here as well.
My images are still not showing. I guess some will take longer than others. This is very frustrating.

Mine just miraculously reappeared! I checked a fellow eBayers who lives in California and hers were fine. But I just refreshed and they are there now! Thank goodness!

Yep, here we go again with the PITB can't do anything but we were moving to new servers to fix all this stupidity. Ugh so frustrating. I can't do a darned thing. Once again, wasting my time with this.
Just read the note. At least they are big enough to own up to the mistake & it wasn't a server error and I've got to applaud them for that. Hey, I did software testing for a company that developed software for travel agencies, expedia.com, aa.com etc....I still would like to know what their QA process is before deploying new versions. I still believe that is a big huge part of their problem is they are not properly testing the app before release.

I can't get to images or listings either. My pictures came back, disappeared, came back again and have disappeared again. I guess some servers are still down.
I waited 3 hours and now I am back and so are the pictures. Showcase windows are still not working but I guess that is another matter that will be addressed now since it has been 3 days on that one
