This is my first time posting here, please excuse me if I missed something!

I have a buyer in Canada who speaks mostly only French, so it seems. He said, in very poor English, a dish he bought from me arrived broken ....first time in 8 years of ebay selling that's happened- I pack so carefully....anyway, I emailed him the paperwork for the insurance I got here and he hasn't faxed it back to me. He had asked for my fax number, so he"s not mailing it, but it's been 3 days.
No replies to emails, either.

If he doesn't co-operate, what happens next?

Thanks so much, Susie

Susie, Seems to me you have done your part. You gave him ins.papers & fax number. And if I understand you right, you followed up (emailed him) to see that he had received the papers & numbers, more than once.

If correct, I don't see what more you can do. Maybe he hasn't had time, or wasn't telling the truth about the broken dish. He could have mailed after all, wait a few more days and see.

I would email once more in a few days, if no response, no fax, no mail. Just let it go is problaly all you can do. Keep records of everything you've done, because he may try to do a chargeback with Paypal.

So sorry, hope it all works out for you!
