Hi HBK7676,
Hmmm...until now, I have only heard this issue reported with the AOL browser. You may want to try the following measures and perhaps one or more of them will alleviate this issue:
1) Clear your browser cache...In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, click the Internet Options menu item, then click the "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies" buttons.
2) Restore your browse defaults...go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced(tab) -> Restore Defaults.
3) Adjust your internet security settings to medium or lower.
4) Make sure you have installed all current Windows updates. These are available at
http://www.microsoft.com5) Make sure you are running the latest version of your browser, either Internet Explorer 6.0 or Mozilla Firefox 1.5. If you’re already using one, you may want to try the other. A free download of Firefox is available at
http://www.mozilla.com6) It also may be worthwhile to run a spyware and adware removal program. There are many product downloads available for free or cheap at
http://www.downloads.com. AdAware and Spyware Doctor are among the most popular of these programs.
7) Also, you should run an anti-virus program on your computer if one is available to you.
Although the Auctiva site is fully compatible with Internet Explorer, using an alternate browser is most likely to resolve this issue.
I hope this helps=)
