Hello community!

I am brand new, and I need some help and advice on various questions, please. I hope someone will be able to help me! I did take a look at the forum, but most of the questions and answers were old (2006 and earlier) and may no longer be applicable to the current software being used.
THE SITUATION: I am working for an eBay Powerseller who has several people listing on his behalf on his account. It isn't possible, timewise, for him to list everything himself. So he has given several of us access to his account and we are to upload the listings. It's been working well for him so far, but he's having serious trouble with Turbolister so he wants to switch to another lister. Auctiva is looking good so far.
Now, one of the employees has already been using Auctiva, and probably has the "token" needed in order to work with the Powerseller's eBay account.
I don't know if this 'token' works like a cookie and can be stored on an individual's computer, or whether it's generated ONLY at the Auctiva end of things using the individual computer's IP address.
Here's my questions:
1: Would we be able to import the token into ALL of the employee's computers?
2: Should we be using one of the downloadable software versions of Auctiva, instead of the online Basic/Free version?
3: If we use a downloadable version, which one would work best for our purpose?
4: Do ALL of the different versions of Auctiva need a token, or is it just the Basic Free version?
5: Are the tokens interchangeable with the different versions of Auctiva?
I really hope someone can help me with these questions. Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
