It seems I can not do anything on Auctiva today. I can't save, or do any clicking without freezing. Picking a category is not even do-able. I wanted to phone chat the problem ,but my plan @$9.99 a month does not allow me this , so I clicked my only other option Help Request "file a support case" , but Ironically I can not get that page to open . Its been 9 minutes & I still see the green circle going round waiting for access. Transferring data from support.auctiva.com...I maybe a newbie to the forums but I have been using Auctiva for est 5 yrs. I need some help P.S. all my other sites / programs are fine

Thanks for making us aware of the difficulties you are experiencing.

We have recently been receiving reports from a number of Verizon internet users who have been encountering unusual slowness and/or timeouts while using our website so, if you are indeed a Verizon internet user, I believe you are being impacted by this issue as well.

If you are not using Verizon internet, please let me know and I will come up with another way to work with you on this given that you are unable to submit a support request.

I give up. I'm canceling my Auctiva account. Maybe when you get things straightened out, I'll come back. But until then, my time is worth more to me than spending hours trying to use Auctiva. I've used Auctiva for a long time and I am sorry to be leaving. But I do not prepare listings just for the fun of it . . . I count on the profits I make. Maybe if enough Auctiva uers leave, the financial impact will make Auctiva seriously resolve these issues. I hope so, because I used to really enjoy the relationship I had with your company.
After struggling for an hour today, and clearing my cache, etc., I come to the community to find out my problems stem from Verizon and Auctiva. Why have you not posted an alert of some kind on your home page????? I, too, count on my listings for income....this is not a hobby! Having been a subscriber for a number of years, I'm seriously considering canceling. There have been too many issues of late, with little communication to subscribers.
