Ebay is currently experiencing some significant technical issues that are causing various functions of the Auctiva website not to work. A couple of the more common problems we have seen as a result of these issues is that some listings are failing to post and that clicking the Custom Item Specifics link on the lister page is producing an error message.

We have already been in contact with eBay's technical team about this issue and have been assured that they are working to resolve the problems as soon as possible. Although we have not received an indication of when the problems will be resolved at this point, we will keep you posted through this thread as additional information becomes available.

We apologize for the inconveniences these issues are causing.

Hi Community,

We have just been informed by eBay that the problems with their API which were causing issues with various parts of our site have just been resolved, so no more posting failures, Custom Item Specifics loading errors, or other issues should be occurring as a result of our previous inability to communicate with eBay's system reliably.

There are still a few issues related to the recent eBay category changes, which may seem similar to the problems that occurred as a result of this eBay issue, and our technical team is working to resolve those remaining issues as soon as possible.

If you encounter any further difficulties with your account, please feel feel to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
