why can't i find a phone # listed anywhere? is Auctiva's customer service THAT BAD? i had a few problems getting my Auctiva created ebay listings to actually show a counter. I had to revise EVERY single item because the counter never showed up when using A to list my items. I sent FIVE notes to c/s, NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! Is this a foreshadow of A's c/s?

I've seen at least two different phone numbers for customer service.
A little
Google Search works wonders!
Here is one:
*Customer support questions will NOT be answered over the phone.

<numbers removed by Kevin K. These are business numbers and not a way to contact support>

When the mail page come back up and working, the number can be found there as well. At the contact us link.

Hi Daren,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. We have been swamped with support cases as a result of the recent technical problems we've been having, so the typical response time is definitely longer than we would like at the moment. It is also possible that you have not heard back from us because you tried to contact us using a method other than our support system.

In any event, if you are selecting the counter option when creating your listings through Auctiva and cannot see the counter in the listings once they are posted, I suspect you may be choosing the "hidden" version of the counter.

When you post your listings with the "hidden" counter selected, you won't actually be able to see the counter on the eBay listing page because it will be hidden in the description HTML. You can view the number of hits your listings with the "hidden" counters have received by looking in the "Hits" column on your Auctiva Active Listings page.

If you selected the visible version of the Sellathon counter when creating your listings and the counters still did not show up, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the "File a Support Request" link under the "Help" tab within your account once we bring the Auctiva site back online.

Hi all,
Please guys be patient and supportive of Auctiva. They do not have to be such excellent service providers and I have always been impressed by them. My listings are fine except the fact that supersize isn't working. I am even recieving some healthy bidding action. All round Ebay has been slow this Feb. At least in Australia.
Rather than ask for reimbursements or twitter in a negative tone do something positive. Like reflect on all the wonderful listings you have created using Auctiva templates.
Usually today I would list stuff. I've decided to wait until Auctiva gets back online and instead created a Ebay ME page; cleaned my computer thoroughly (and found nothing infected) not even stupid tracking cookies.
I've sorted my stock. Photographed, measured, edited photos and written the blurbs and saved them into notepad.

It will all be sorted over the next few days. You can still list, but you'll just have to go the slow boat with stupid feebay listings. And pay through the proverbial if you want Supersizing, more than one image etc etc.

I love Auctiva Smile .

Cheers Marian
Have to agree with the above post. I only started using Auctiva a few months ago. And don't plan on finding anything else. They are always on the ball and quick to help when needed. At first, the Thursday shut down didn't thrill me. Most of my work is done after the older kids get home from school - entertaining a 3 year old and trying to work is next to impossible. But, Thursday has become "date" night for my husband and I. We have 5 kids - 2 are teenagers and very active. So, getting time together alone is not easy.

I am working on other things that need to be done while all this is going on.
