eBay Store Categories won't update on Auctiva? Says error... HOW TO FIX??

Thanks for that. I did chase them up and they said it has gone to tech to see if they can fix but still waiting. Much be quite a glitch.
I know hey, there customer support is great so I can only figure it must be a pickle of a problem.

I just added an another store category, updated it in auctiva. then remebered another one and it will not let me update again? is this part of the glitch?....
Honestly this is the 1st for me with auctiva so not bad and not a biggie!

Hi I recall this happening to me, it takes a little while probably less than an hour for the various parts of the software system to synchronise again.

Not that it's a big job just depends on how many users are on line so how long the queue is.

Not a glitch just processing time delay.

I just tried to update again and still not working. Darn Darn Darn. I hope you get yours worked out. I changed about 20 or so catergories so maybe that has something to do with it?
I will post the answer if any when I get it for future reference in case it happens again to anyone.
It not affecting my listings too badly. I just can't really create a minority of new ones as I don't have a category to put them in yet!! :P

FWIW, I had trouble adding folders to the image section....I wanted more than I had. Support was a bit slow to respond but when they did they said they didn't know of any restrictions. Yet I encountered them. Since then I have been able to add one or two at a time. I think it could be a matter of "time". Or maybe they really are working on it and that's why mine are finally adding.
I really screwed mine up when I switched over. Now I have a mess to clean up. I didn't know what I was doing. I hadn't even fully recognized what categories do for me on ebay yet.
I hope it gets concluded soon.
