This was working fine for me but the last lot of things I listed & sold I have had to go in and leave feedback for each one individually which is rather time consuming...
I checked my acount preferences and it appears it is still set up?
Why is it not automatically leaving feedback for my buyers anymore???
Thanks for letting us know. The problem you are describing is a known "bug" that we expect to have resolved as part of our next release, which is scheduled to take place early next week, most on likely Tuesday.
In the mean time, in order to continue leaving feedback for your buyers, I recommend doing so manually through your My eBay page, as you have been doing.
Ok its next week. did this get addressed and fixed? I just had to go in an leave feedback for some 100+ itmes form over the last 3 to 4 weeks. I did n ot even realize this was not working untill some of my customers had started complaining.
I have been using Auctiva for a couple of weeks and the autoback feature has not worked so far. I have created an automatic feeedback response and set it to automatic but I can't figure out how to use it. Does 'automatic' mean that it just sends my preferred, standard (positive) feedback response to everyone I buy from or sell to? How does this contraption work exactly? Thanks.
When you have the "Auto-Feedback" setting in your account enabled and have a default positive feedback message stored, Auctiva will autoamtically leave that feedback message to your buyers within 24 hours of when they leave you positive feedback. If a buyer were to leave you negative or neutral feedback, Auctiva would not automatically leave any feedback from that item.
Ah, gotcha. Perhaps it is working then. Just that my ebay page shows a lot of people I have yet to leave feedback to and the number doesn't appear to be decreasing. Perhaps they have not got round to it or can't be bothered. Perhaps, once in a while, I should check any old sales waiting for a feedback response.
Sure seems a lot of space on that page that could include a brief explanatory sentence of how it works. As a seller I have usually preferred to leave positive feedback once I've received payment, sort of to encourage people to leave feedback. But I guess this is the more appropriate approach.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
