Filed Support Case but no response

Well Auctiva must be working on this issue because now I have to set up my Details and Master profiles AGAIN. Everything that i had saved in my master profile is now gone. I had several seller detail profiles and now I'm down to one. So I edited it and when I go to use it in my listing it still shows the old one that isn't even there now. How is that possible? So I'm still posting but now as I post I have to go to Ebay and revise it since I cant seem to get it right while generating the listing with auctiva.

My apologies for your problems with our new Seller Details profiles. We had an issue with duplication of Seller Details entries, and are working to address this (https://community.auctiva.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/455609321/m/1961075171).

We are investigating all of the support cases that have come in over the last couple days and paying special attention to these problems with Seller Details.
