Hello Insurance Help please

The insurance that you're purchasing from PayPal is directly from the Post Office.

okay what does this mean for me? I am still confused.If I used the check out with paypal and selected the insurance because she paid for it. Paypal deducts the money for insurance, I am also getting a bill from Auctiva for the insurance that I must pay as well, Correct?
In the email from Auctiva (copy and paste)"Don't forget, there is no need for you or your buyer to do anything extra to provide the insurance. Once it's selected from the auction, it's covered."
It doesn't say anything to me about not using paypal shipping.
What I'm trying to say, not very well,is I am being charge twice for this insurance,once from paypal shipping and now auctiva. #1How can I remove the bill from Auctiva this time? #2 how can I avoid this the next time someone selects insurance? I have never used auctiva's checkout so is there a link to follow for auctiva's shipping? Thank you again

I think that when you say checkout in your second post, you really mean when you are shipping through paypal. You should not check the box to purchase insurance when you are shipping through paypal. That is to purchase insurance from the carrier. You do not need to do that if you or your buyer purchased insurance through auctive checkout. Look at your auctiva transaction page to see if insurance has been purchased.

It sounds like you did that in the past, so you purchased two seperate insurance policies from two seperate companies for the same item.

You bought two insurance policies so you were charged for two. Don't select insurance on paypal in the future...just do it through auctiva!
