You are not the only one getting it. I sent message yesterday under "Item Specifics" was told to clear cache and it would work...It didn't. Then someone else was told to use Detail Name: and Value: and then click to add specifics, just tried that it didn't work either.
Auctiva saying we are ones with problems with our computers, need to clean cache etc. I believe it to be a problem with the site and they should get their technicians to look into it not just to keep saying clean cache and use Detail Name and input Color Value Pink as an example of what we should input.
This doesn't help with my listing and is of no value to my customers.
