Help me!!!!!! how do I get a token

Have you already generated an ebay token and you have an ebay account?? If you need to generate a token login into your account, click on My Account (tab at the top)
click on eBay settings, C lick on the button that says Generate eBay token. If that doesn't work you might need to ask support to help you -

Thanks Dawn, I had already done that, and been back to ebay and removed permission, then started several more times and it still has not helped. Don't know what more to do I have asked support, and they say I have already opened a case.

I have never come across a firm that has as many help questions from there customers to get them up and running and pulling thier hair out, as Auctiva. I am quite computer literate, and your instructions are really quite clear, but I must say your site falls far short of even half decent. You repeat yourselves in your messages and seem to think your customers are thick. I have been trying to no avail to list on your site for about 5-6 hrs in total and have not succeeded at all, your site brags that it is quicker than others I don't think so.
