Help with Template...pretty please?

It's almost what I pictured in my head, except that I also wanted to try to get this image

as a repeating background after the header and before the footer. So that hopefully it would match up and make a nice square.

I messed with it some more and no matter what I did the background pic refused to show up.
Without the Background pic the footer looks too tall. I'd made it taller so that it could make the bottom part of the square.

Anyhow throughoughly confoozled, so I gave up and resigned myself to the fact that I can't make the background show up, and I just re-worked the footer and made the footer smaller in height

Background url is still listed in ther. I suppose I could take it out or it will decide to suddenly show up once it hits ebay

I think it looks reasonable in IE, needs a little tinkerin in Firefox, which I'll do.

I moved the store window to the bottom for now as it's too wide to fit inside the pink stars without it forcing all the dimensions outta whack.

I'll work on it a little more.
