Hi Sue,

When you click the "Select a Template" button on the Auctiva lister page, a pop-up window is supposed to come up from which you can select the desired template. If this pop-up window does not appears when you click that button, it seems most likely there is a pop-up blocker enabled on your browser that is preventing it from being displayed.

Most browsers, as well as third party browser toolbars, come equipped with pop-up blockers that are enabled by default. Instructions on how to disable the most common pop-up blockers can be found on the following site: https://host.softworks.ca/Agate3/blocker/disable-blockers.htm

If you continue to experience this problem after disabling all of your pop-up blockers, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

Hi Sue,

You will actually need to select the template for each listing by clicking the "Select Template" button during the process of creating each individual listing. We're not experiencing any technical difficulties that would cause you to lose your listing when you click the "Select Template" button, so I'm not quite sure what may be going wrong in your case.
