Hi, I just signed up for this and it shows all my listings, however, under hits it says N/A. It has been about an hour since I signed up and everything else shows. Did I do something wrong?

Welcome to Auctiva! Since you just signed up, the reason the "Hits" column on your active listings reflects "N/A" is most likely because the Sellathohn counter offered by Auctiva is not present in those listings.
In order for your counter hits to be reflected on your active listings page, your listings must have the Sellathon counter that is offered as an option when creating your listings through Auctiva. Any listings that do not contain the Sellathon counter will continue to display "N/A" in that section.

I did not create the listings in auctiva, i created them through turbo lister on e-bay and added the ebay counter. Is there a way to get it to see the ebay counter?

Thanks for following up...since you just signed up, I figured your current listings were not created through Auctiva and, therefore, did not contain the Sellathon counter. While it is not possible to make the Auctiva "Active Listings" pick up hits reflected on the eBay counters, if you add the Sellathon counters to your listings, you will be able to track your hits on your Auctiva "Active Listings" page.
If you log into your Auctiva account and click the "Account Settings" link under the "My Account" tab, select "Yes" from the "Append Sellathon Counters to my listings" pull-down menu, and save your changes, we will automatically append a Sellathon counter to each of your listings on July 10th.

if you want to add the sellathon counter to existing listings before july 10th you can do so manually:
sign up (if you haven't already) with this link http://v3.sellathon.com/
once signed up & logged in go to tracking code tab.
it will give you the html coding to add to your listing.
