invalid category number and item condition

Please keep in mind that eBay recently did a category update so if you do not have the current, correct category selected for your listings you may not be able to see the information on the listing creation page to indicate the condition as required for the category fo your items.

Typically, when required, there is a pull-down menu available to indicate condition just below the category selection tool on the lister.  If you are not seeing it for a category where it is required, please make sure you have the current category.  If you do not see the category path above the category number in your First Category area, that tends to indicate the old category has been deprecated and you will need to select from the new options.

When does auctiva plan on an update for categories?

Also, I get a popup saying I will lose my ebay connection in 60 days, what is that all about, and what do I need to do to make sure there is no interruption?

We already ran such an update for the most recent changes to eBay.   All of the current eBay data is available on our listing creation page at this time.

This would not have any effect on your already created listings though, they would still need to be updated to use the appropriate new categories and conditions.

That sounds like you refer to an eBay token and it will need to be renewed.  The message should have a link in it or you can select "eBay" from the My Account menu and then click to generate token and follow the steps from there after logging in to your account.
