Is anyone else having problems w/the new auto-feedback feature? The first couple auctions went through fine (w/in 24hrs). I just had a couple auctions that received no "automatic" feedback after 5 days. I got sick of waiting for auctiva to post the feedback, so I posted it myself. Now I have another auction waiting for feedback and it has been 22hrs and NO AUTO FEEBACK!!! I have already filed a help request, but I keep getting answers that do not even address the question listed. I think that they are not reading the questions. Just in case there are any support people out there the case # is 236763.

Auctiva is a great service, but they keep rolling out products with a lot of bugs (ex: major store window problems and now this feedback feature). Maybe more beta testing is needed. I am beginning to think they don't get the simple customer service concept of UNDER promise and OVER deliver.

I don't use the auto-feedback so I can't put my two cents in..I know it's helpful to other sellers. It's just not something I use.

I'm glad to see that you've filed a request for help..that's the best method.

I'm sorry you're upset with some of the services I'm not having problems with...the store window problems and the feedback feature..hopefully your help ticket will be filled out soon.
