yeah, I experienced the same thing. that converter leaves alot to be desired

there's another ebay xml to googlebase file converter out there. I havent checked it out yet, but i know it omits pictures altogether. http://www.thelongwayhome.com/Utilities/ConvertToBase.aspx

Are the pics one of the collumns I should delete?

t actually didn't pull any auctions down at all. Did you eliminate categories and pics?

i have pics in my file. I got lucky in that google accepted the file with thumbnail pics. some people have had file rejected if had thumbnail pics. one thing that i think helped is that my thumb pics are still large enough to be seen and product are small items (rings)

on categories, not knowing any different at the time i left the ebay categories and it accepted it, but on next upload will change that to "jewelry" instead of ebay's cat/subcat and see how that goes

All good information. Thanks. Do you just correct the errors in your file and resubmit. I don't know where to go to correct the errors. I sent them an email, but no response.

you can edit your items one at a time on google (choose to view your images in their dashboard - control panel) or can edit the file and fix the problems and resubmit the file (using the same filename that you used the first time)

Yes, it is generous of him. He is very knowledgable and has been a great help. Google base doesn't appear to answer their emails.

You have no idea. Wayoutwest has been so helpful. He's so smart. If you want to go somewhere with no support, try GoogleBase. I will not give up. I got one listed, and am going to figure out the other 426 if it kills them.

Thats what I thought too, but I can't find any of my items on froogle.

I did try googlebase when it first came out, I follwed the instructins to a tee but kept getting an error message and it wouldn't take my info so I gave up

that's another nice thing about googlebase. if it's a product item and is submitted to googlebase, it will show up in both googlebase and froogle!

I uploaded a neck cooler when google base first came out, it was a breeze. I went in to see if i could figure it out, heck i couldn't even manually upload one ebay listing not sure what i did wrong.
