I received an email from a buyer who said he did not receive his auction item. According to the Postal Service the jeans were delivered, but he says he did not receive them.
The item was not insured and although I am perplexed at the situation, I feel I did my part...if they were stolen from his mailbox or are sitting somewhere on a shelf in the post office, there is nothing I can do about it.
Has anyone else had this problem? I used the shipment mailer from Paypal and it was sent to the address on his Paypal account.
