I'm not aware of any technical problems that would account for the behavior being described in this thread, so I'm uncertain what the underlying problem may be at present. Perhaps this problem has been resolved since this thread was started.
I can not get to the manage image page at all. I don't know where to look to see where they have any information concerning this problem or if there is someone to email to ask. It has been down since this morning it is now noon.
Are you on the east coast or west coast? I could be just certain areas that are effected. If you can get into help and tell them there are people on here that can't access auctiva's main site at all, pppplllleeeaaassseeee do. My user name is waldoette.
I am in the Midwaet (Illinios) and can't get into the site at all, (help, support, images0, nothing. I've been waiting for a reply from support, but no one is talking. Maybe I'll try Inkfrog
The Auctiva website is not down, nor has it been at any time since our weekly database maintenance period last Thursday night. Since you are unable to access your Auctiva account, there is most likely some aspect of your network or router configuration that is blocking you from being able to access our site.
Can you please describe exactly what happens when you try to access your Auctiva account? If you browser displays any error messages, please include the exact text of those error messages. It would also be helpful to know how you connect to the internet, including whether or not you use a router.
Alls I can say is that it was down. The site did not become available before 4pm yesterday. I am able to access the site now without problems; however, it was not accessable yesterday only the community was.
There must have been an issue with your ISP or connection(s) beween your ISP and our servers then. In any event, I'm pleased to hear you are now able to access your Auctiva account successfully.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
Note: if you proceed, you will no longer be following .
