This topic may be covered elsewhere, so if it is, please let me know. I know that yesterday there was another maintenance going on so decided to wait until today to prepare new listings. However, my Master Profile will not appear and when I click on a saved listing to use THAT and edit it, all of the descriptions are gone from there as well. Is anyone else having this problem? My listings on Ebay are running smoothly, I just can't write any new ones. I use Firefox, I clean my cache, cookies, etc. on a weekly basis so that is not the problem. I would also agree with the posters who say they would pay a monthly fee so that Auctiva could run more efficiently because I love it when it works.
